All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but slight variations in color or packaging may occur.
Once you place an order, our team will contact you by WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order details and delivery address before it is dispatched. Zelvomart reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be confirmed or verified.
We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Payment is made in cash to our courier partner at the time your order is delivered.
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through our courier partners. Estimated delivery timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Our Refund & Return Policy governs any return, exchange, or refund request, including the requirement to record an unboxing video. Please refer to that policy for full details.
